Eg33 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to the eg33. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and eg33 ("Company", "We", or "Platform"). Eg33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. eg33's decision in such matters is final and binding.

Account eg33 yours is personal and may not be transferred, sold, shared, or used by anyone other than yourself. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge.

• Your password must be kept confidential at all times and must not be shared with anyone.
• Eg33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone — any such request is fraudulent and must be reported to us immediately.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date, particularly the phone number and email address used for two-factor authentication.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee or automatic closure at eg33's discretion.
• Members who suspect unauthorised access to their account must notify the eg33 support team immediately via live chat or by emailing support@eg33-bangla.com.

In the event of an account holder's death, the legal next of kin may contact eg33 with the appropriate legal documentation to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with established procedures.

All financial transactions on the platform eg33 conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not accept or process any foreign currency. The deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by eg33 are as follows:

Successful deposits will be credited to your account eg33 within seconds to a few minutes depending on the payment method used. eg33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment provider systems.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours for accounts that have completed identity verification. eg33 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered in the name of the verified eg33 Member.

Eg33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the terms and rollover requirements specified in each respective offer. The general terms applicable to all eg33 bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus carries a minimum rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new Member — attempting to claim it more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.

• Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period (typically 7 to 30 days) will automatically lapse and be removed from your account.

Eg33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. eg33's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and related dispute resolution are final.

All bets placed on the platform eg33 are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellation or modification is permitted after a bet has been confirmed, except in circumstances explicitly stated in the relevant game rules.

• Bets may only be placed using valid credit balances in your eg33 account — betting on credit or unauthorised credit lines is not permitted.
• Eg33 reserves the right to cancel or void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to technical or human error.
• In the event a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed in accordance with the applicable betting rules, all wagers will be refunded to the Member's account balance.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or unauthorised assistance tools to place bets on eg33 is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Bets placed during a disconnection or under technical error conditions may be considered void — eg33 is not liable for any bets lost due to connectivity issues on the Member's end.

Eg33 reserves the right to limit the bet size of any Member at any time for operational or risk management reasons, including but not limited to maximum bet limits set for specific markets or games.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform eg33 and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses or circumvent imposed restrictions.
• Arbitrage betting across different platforms to guarantee risk-free profit.
• Use of insider information, market manipulation, or any form of fraud in sports betting.
• Collusion between players in table games or poker for mutual gain at the expense of other players or the platform.
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities on eg33.
• Use of unauthorised software, cheat engines, emulators, or any tools that alter game outcomes.
• Identity theft or using another person's information to register for or access an eg33 account.
• Any threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at eg33 staff or other members.

• No part of eg33's content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without eg33's prior written consent.
• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the eg33 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Use of the eg33 name or logo in any form of media without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, eg33 will not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of betting activity on the eg33 platform, including balance losses during unforeseen technical disruptions.
• Service failures or delays resulting from circumstances beyond eg33's control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or third-party disruptions.
• The accuracy or completeness of information displayed on the eg33 platform, including statistics, odds, and game results provided by third-party suppliers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the eg33 platform.

Eg33's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their eg33 account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Members may close their account eg33 their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@eg33-bangla.com. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method once all withdrawal conditions have been met.

Eg33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions by the Member in question.
• Activities suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Registration information that is proven to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
• Requests from relevant legal or regulatory authorities in Malaysia.
• Unavoidable operational or business requirements of eg33.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the Member and eg33 within 30 days from the date the dispute is communicated in writing.

Should negotiation fail to resolve the dispute, the matter will be referred to binding arbitration or a Malaysian court with the relevant jurisdiction, depending on the nature and value of the dispute.

Members acknowledge that use of the eg33 platform is their own responsibility and that they must comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to them in their area of residence in Malaysia.
